We can’t say enough good things about Kurt! Kurt helped us sell a rental condo in Cheesman Park this past winter. Because we were out-of-state owners, Kurt took on a considerable amount of extra work in arranging quotes, recommending and meeting sub-contractors, and ensuring quality control for work completed. While the property was on the market, he proactively kept us updated on showings, the market, and his thoughts about the property and listing.
