Debby assisted us in finding a rental as part of my relocation for work from the east coast 20 months ago. When it came time to look for a house she sat down with us and listen to what we were looking for. We looked at several houses and with each one we discussed the pros and cons. Not being from area we valued her honest opinions when she answered our questions. I would highly recommend sitting down with her and having a discussion if you are interested in buying a house. I recommend a co- worker and she was able to assist them in finding their 1st home. Service is top notch and you will not be disappointed.

Kristi provided a market evaluation on the house that accurately reflected its true value. She made reasonable recommendations on what work was required to make a great showing. She had contacts that cleaned the house to an immaculate condition and a photographer whose pictures represented the house in a way to attract potential buyers. She did a great job presenting multiple offers and sound advice on which contracts were best to meet our situation. I feel comfortable with her handling of the transaction and the final settlement of the sale.
