Our experience with Mike Burns team of professionals was above our expectations. Mike advised us a few items that we could do to enhance the value of our property to would be buyers. I liked Debbie as a person but was disappointed as a realtor. I felt like she was making fear based decisions because the market had slowed down. I spent so much money getting ready to put the house on the market based on her recommendations. My house went under contract in less than 24 hrs twice. When we countered she was worried about the buyer more than about me. I was in a tight schedule but I feel like I left money on the table.
