Debby is customer focused, knows the area well listens and has the experience to make the whole home buying process as stress-free and painless beginning to end. We had to move quickly from east coast to Denver area for my spouses work and she helped us find a rental to get our bearings in a very tough and stressful market and a little over a year later guided us through the home buying process with ease, listening to our family needs, budget etc.

Moving can be an extremely stressful! However having Katie as our agent turned what could have been so stressful (a move across the country) into something that was so enjoyable! She went above and beyond what we could have ever expected! She is not only an amazing& knowledgable agent to work with, she is also the most down to earth and caring person that you could ever meet! If you would like your experience in buying/selling your home to be smooth and enjoyable, I would highly recommend using Katie Spodyak as an agent will treat you like family!

I found it very easy to work with Eva. She had several suggestion for me that helped sell my house and in some cases paid for the improvements herself. She kept me up-to-date about the current market and reviews after the showings.

Our family had a very positive experience working with Eva Stadelmaier as our realtor. We were in a challenging situation of searching for our family's home in Colorado from abroad where we are currently living. Eva was very responsive to all our questions and requests, and made herself available to meet with us and show us houses on short notice. Eva did a great job of decreasing the stress of the process. We would gladly work with her again to buy or sell another home.

I don’t think I have enough poetic and positive words to describe my true feelings about Sarah and this whole buying process. She was absolutely phenomenal who always strived for the best and fairest for all parties involved. She worked tirelessly to accomplish everything and answered all of our questions all of the time. She became a friend more importantly because of the type of person she is and will always be. Absolutely love her to death and she is what all realtors should strive to be. Perfect is the only way she can be described because without her none of this is even possible. What a definition of true professionalism at its highest standards and someone who can be completely leaned on throughout the buying process and beyond. Character that is unquestionably for complete transparency throughout the whole process. A true champion of champions. Very humbled to have the perfect woman for us and the others she will help throughout her illustrious career and journey. Thank you Sarah. You’re absolutely stellar in all ways.

Debby assisted us in finding a rental as part of my relocation for work from the east coast 20 months ago. When it came time to look for a house she sat down with us and listen to what we were looking for. We looked at several houses and with each one we discussed the pros and cons. Not being from area we valued her honest opinions when she answered our questions. I would highly recommend sitting down with her and having a discussion if you are interested in buying a house. I recommend a co- worker and she was able to assist them in finding their 1st home. Service is top notch and you will not be disappointed.

This was the 6th home transaction we’ve had with Eva over the last 16 years. We never even considered another realtor. Her professionalism, and knowledge of Ken Caryl Valley is unmatched. We needed to move quickly. Eva got us our price, managed all of the sale details allowing us to focus on the move. Eva gets what is important to the deal and what is just noise and keeps everyone’s eye on the prize. We highly recommend Eva.
