Kristi is a true real estate professional. She worked very closely with us on both the original purchase of our Aurora townhome and the sale of it. Most recently she oversaw all aspects of the sale including fmv stats, HOA coordination and prep, while showing the home after our move to Atlanta before we put the townhome on the market. We hired Pam after interviewing three agents, to help sell my parents house while in probate. Pam is knowable in the process and understands the documentation involved to close a probate sale. She was very familiar with the area the house is located in and came to our interview very prepared. She had several comps to share with us and went through each in detail. When we hired Pam she sat down with us to discuss pricing of the home and had good in-site into our changing real estate market. She was very organized in getting the house photographed and prepped. She planned an open house a few days after the house hit the market and we were under contract the next week. I can’t recommend Pam enough after experiencing her ethical behavior and professionalism in dealing with an unprofessional and unethical buyers agent. She handled each situation that came up with care and with our best interest in mind. Pam worked with us through an electronic closing and kept touch after the sale was completed to answer any questions. I will recommend Pam in the future to friends and family to sell their homes.
