We've worked with many realtors and Eva by far is one of the best, if not THE best. Selling and buying a new home is an anxiety inducing experience and all involved get weary. But she takes on so much of the work and tedious details that make the experience exhausting. I truly felt like I had partner in the sale of our home and purchase of another. It's obvious she has a booming business. But even with such a bustling business, she's never rushing off to the next client. You have her full attention when she's with you. Eva was absolutely amazing. Albeit the housing market has many headlines combined with other worldly events making family decisions more difficult these days. Especially moving.. We followed Eva's advice on how and when to get our home ready for sale. When it can time to sell- we had extensive showings due to Eva's outreach and networking in the marketplace and in turn we had multiple offers resulting in above asking price. The experience was truly excellent! Eva's work ethic and professionalism representing us was unmatched and simply the BEST.

Like anyone selling a home, I wanted to get as much money as I could for it. When our neighbor's house sold for less than we expected, we were worried about how much we could get for our house. With Al's advice and help, our house looked good enough to get an offer on the first day. And then a second offer. He negotiated with the agents and got us an even BETTER offer. We ended up getting about 3% more than we were asking, which we were NOT expecting at all, given the market conditions and the sale of our neighbor's house. And after we were under contract, everything went incredibly smoothly. I was worried the entire time that something was going to go wrong, but Al continually reassured me that we'd make it happen, and we did. It was a pleasure working with Al and his wife Sandie, and I'll be recommending Al every time someone I know is selling (or buying) a house.

Al and Sandie helped us find a beautiful home that checked all our boxes in Evergreen. They also sold our house in Englewood SO FAST!
