Well, I was a little skeptical when it came to pricing my house. Rob gets the most up-to-date data and then crunches those numbers until they cry! His logic was sound, so I cooperated. In the end we got a $100 grand more for my house than I expected at the onset of the sale! He and his staff were there for me every step of the way. I used the various services in his group, and each one worked out great…from painting to cleaning to hauling off the trash. Each showed up on time and performed their services.
