When she was showing us houses, she made us aware of potential problems and other considerations. She worked really hard for us, showing us many properties in a short period. When we closed, we had the utmost confidence in how well Rhonda was representing us and watching out for our interests--something that continues even though we have closed and now occupy the house. It was vacant for several weeks between closing and occupation and she kept an eye on the house to make sure things were OK with it. If I had to imagine the best realtor possible, Rhonda would be at a level above that! Highly professional and very personable. Ten years ago we were buying a new home, actually a townhome, and Rob’s firm assisted us with the purchase of the property that had had three views the day we toured it. Rob’s agent recommended that we make an offer for less than asking price when we decided to buy it. We did not want to have a bidding tournament and the agent understood our position and offered the asking price of $325K. We closed quickly and moved in within a month. When we selected Rob this time around he enthusiastically felt we had a place worth double what we paid for it ten years earlier. We were expecting to sell for less than that but Rob’s team went to work and hit his price. Additionally, since we were moving to assisted living, Rob’s connections handled our move, the liquidation of stuff we nor our kids wanted, and the painting and repairs needed to get our former home ready for the new owner’s. And he still had a contract signed within a week of the listing! The only downside was the title company mishandled my advance payment of the HOA fee for the month of the sale so I will have to seek reimbursement from the HOA instead of having it resolved at closing.

Rob worked extremely hard, first with a buyer who ran him through the wringer and who then backed out--thankfully, as far as we were concerned. He then negotiated some tricky issues with the title company and with the roof after the hail storm. He was always there for us, listened to our needs, reshot photos we didn't like, never pushed us on price or counter proposals.

I was referred to Crystal Lockhart by a friend who is a real estate professional based in Olathe, KS. My in-laws resided in Littleton, CO and I was the POA and successor trustee of the their estate. Crystal did a great job of coaching me and my sister-in-law and her husband relative to preparing the home for sale following my in-laws leaving the home. Her advice was spot on and invaluable, particularly given the fact I reside in Missouri. Her advice relative to improvements that should be made and staging prior to the home being listed, were right on. Communication by the agent is a big deal to me. Crystal exceeded my expectations in this area as well. Crystal possesses a high degree of knowledge of the market which helped her guide us on pricing the home and achieving a market price in the timeframe we expected. I would not hesitate to work with Crystal Lockhart again and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.
