We reached out to Eva because we were aware of her extensive network and ability to move quickly. We really never thought we would find what we were looking for at our price point in KC Valley but Eva already had a home in mind for us that was coming up for sale. We looked at a few prior but she was confident it was the one and she was right!! We made an offer and she made it happen. She helped at every step of the way with the buying process as well as walking through our old home and making sound and reasonable recommendations to get it sale ready. She also had an extensive list of contacts from painters, contractors, gutter and roof workers to get our old house in tip top. She went above and beyond to help us get a contractor into our new house to finish the basement and even help with design ideas!
