I am soooo glad I had Tina Del Ponte as my agent. Soooo knowledgeable and professional. She was very knowledge of the real estate market in my area. She worked diligently to sell my house as she was aware of my short timeframe. Her negotiating skills with the buyer was exceptional. I believe I received every penny possible on the sale of my house, especially with a slowing housing market. I cannot think of a better real estate agent. She was on my side of the table all the way.
