Working with Holly is a delight. She is professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I have bought and sold several homes in the last decade and for sure her experience has been the easiest and most successful. My biggest memory of working with Holly is that she had no problem treating me as part of her team. While I did not want to be in control, I wanted to have a say on the team through all stages of the process and that is what happened. Her knowledge did not interfere with her willingness to include me at every step of the way. Then there is her experience with helping buyers and sellers in this area of Greater Denver. Very enlightening and comforting to know Holly knew the market and knew how to get the job done. Darcy was great for us, both when we sold our old house and bought a new one. Selling a condo is very difficult in Colorado right now, and Darcy went above and beyond to help us and the buyers navigate the process.
