I couldn't be more pleased with his level of expertise in the market along with his communication and guidance throughout the process. Two critical points: 1) Bonnie tells the homeowners what they need to hear, 2) and then offers solutions. Bonnie helped guide us through negotiations with a difficult buyer (although I may have been a difficult seller). Either way, we were happy with the result. I cannot imagine marketing a house with anyone else.

This was my first time buying a home and Dave Pratt made it such a fun and easy experience. I felt like he truly listened to everything I told him, whether it was related to our house hunt or not, and he applied all of that information to finding a home that fit my actual lifestyle instead of something that I thought I wanted at the beginning. Dave had great advice throughout the process, kept me updated on mortgage information (he has a great relationship with the bank that I chose), and went above and beyond to be available for all of my silly questions. He has also anticipated needs that I didn't even know I would have, and has taught me a ton of information about owning and maintaining a home. had a disappointing experience with Marla. She never disclosed her commission upfront—I only found out in the first offer contract. She also locked me into a six-month "Exclusive Right-to-Buy" agreement. On closing day, I discovered she had checked the box requiring me to pay the buyer’s agent administration fee without informing me. Even after the contract expired, she kept pushing for payment until she ultimately covered it, but the damage was done. Her bidding strategy was flawed, causing us to lose two offers. She also claimed to know contractors but refused to share their contact info when I needed it. Her inspector missed two major leaks, despite our concerns, proving ineffective. Initially responsive, her communication dropped significantly after the inspection. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend working with her.
