Julie is such a wonderful agent, I will never go to anyone else! Being first-time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were doing. Julie not only walked us through every step but she explained what everything meant very clearly, helped us better understand what market we should be looking in, and was VERY thorough with negotiations to help us buy below asking! She is an incredibly professional woman who is very communicative. Every step of the way, she was informing us of updates. We were out of the country for a week (returned 1 day before closing) and she made sure she was on sight to confirm repairs, giving us brief but direct updates, and made sure we had everything done before closing. I will recommend Julie to anyone I know looking to buy in the Denver-metro area. She made our first home buying one to remember forever, and I am very grateful she helped us find our home.
