The team will take charge of the various tasks that need to get done to sell your home and they have contacts to insure that all needed repairs/improvements are done in a timely manner and that a quality job is done. The team reviews all work done and will require contractors to fix any deficiencies before payment is required. At all times this team keeps in contact with you as the sell to insure that your needs and desires are met and will offer suggestions and advice when it is needed. I highly recommend working with Dave Richins to help you with your home sale or purchase. Having a realtor who understands the market, understands your neighborhood, and understands you is always important. But it's critical when the market is tough, which it is right now. When we first met Rob, he came well prepared. He had a complete analysis on our property. He had prepared an extensive bound booklet with information that contains property assessment by the county and compared properties that were similar in square footage. Rob took the time to both explain the information and answer our questions. He was very professional and never made us feel that he had limited time with us. Rob was always available to answer our questions and concerns. When we got an offer on are house, Rob made the negotiations seem effortless. We came to an agreement quickly and settled the contract. Crystal helped my husband and me purchase our first family home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
