I was highly impressed and after getting to know him, he’s not just a realtor he’s a friend as well. He made this whole situation selling the house so easy and seamless. Sarah came to us as a suggestion from a co worker and she really did knock our socks off our feet. There isn’t a phone call she didn’t return or a text she didn’t get back to us within the day. Sarah and her team went above and beyond helping us stage our house and getting our updated photos for our listing. Helped us understand what was realistic and transparent as far as value. We know sometimes it’s luck selling, but we truly believe that without Sarah and her team there’s no way we could have sold only 4 days after listing! Sarah is personable , caring and felt like she took a direct interest in what we wanted out of selling our home. We are so grateful for her and her teams dedication. Chris was wonderful to work with - he is a quick study of your personal preferences and communication styles and adapts his approach to best fit you, his client. One example for us was his 'just-in-time' messages to check in and prompt us to complete various actions, given our busy schedule with small children. Once we found a home we wanted to put an offer on, he was quick to ensure the paperwork was correctly prepared and delivered, and positioned us neatly for a quick acceptance from the seller. Lyn has helped us get homes that we wanted, even on Christmas Eve when no one else wanted to work. She works extremely hard and always answers the phone asap. She never leaves you hanging or wondering what’s going to happen next. She knows the market inside and out and you never have to worry that she isn’t going to be there for you even in a tough market. With our last sale, Lyn was able to get the house sold very quickly in spite of the market and she went out of her way to make sure it happened. She’s amazing and I highly recommend her.

We moved from out of state and had the difficult situation of one spouse already relocated to Denver and one spouse still at our old location. Jean would FaceTime with me to show houses to me since I could not get to Denver in person. She takes the time to listen to your likes and dislikes. She does her due diligence with comparable properties so you offer a price that is competitive but not over market value. Jean is excellent at keeping you informed and sending market updates on new listings. She goes above and beyond to help you find a great house. She is friendly and personable and we enjoyed working with her. Highly recommend!

Cory is very professional, but also just a good, kind man. His advice was great, he was so patient with all my questions, and was willing to support my decisions throughout the house-hunting process. His priority is his client’s preferences, so he doesn’t insist on anything you don’t want, but he’ll go to bat for you if there’s something you want and you ask him to prioritize it. I’d recommend him to anyone and I’m so grateful I got to work with him!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Working with Jen Riley to purchase our home in Centennial was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Since we were relocating from Connecticut, this was a particularly complex transaction, and Jen consistently went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the process. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with the many questions we had throughout the home search, inspection, financing, insurance, and closing process. During the inspection period, she helped us thoughtfully evaluate a lengthy inspection report, coordinated additional inspections such as the sewer scope, and negotiated meaningful seller concessions while keeping our long-term interests in mind. Her advice was always balanced and practical, helping us understand both the risks and the opportunities rather than simply pushing us toward a quick decision. Jen also worked seamlessly with our lender, title company, inspectors, and the listing agent to keep everything moving forward smoothly. She was proactive in communicating updates, explaining our options, and making sure we felt informed and comfortable with every decision.
