Zinta was on top of everything. She had a real grasp of the market, helped me to assess how appropriate the house was for my needs, did a virtual walk thru when I could not get to the new house die to ice, gave me instructions on things to do before taking ownership, and is helping me after purchase with names of potential companies to do the renovations I want to accomplish She made sure everything went smoothly even when the weather was horrible. With the house being in the Woodley Hills neighborhood of Alexandria (the home of my brother who had died) and me living on Capitol Hill in DC, logistics were a challenge for me. Recognizing this, Amanda went above and beyond the real-estate-agent call of duty to support me in getting the house sold. She suggested contractors to have unneeded furnishings picked up, get the interior repainted, get the windows cleaned, have landscaping done and have the final interior cleaning completed. She met me at The Home Depot multiple times to look at replacement appliances and flooring and provided well-reasoned advice that helped me make wise decisions. She worked tirelessly, driving all over northern Virginia to get the homeowner's association's clearance and making minor purchases to get the house ready to go on the market. And she arranged contingencies to ensure closing happened as scheduled. She gave me such focused attention that it sometimes felt like I was her only client. I truly can't think of anything more Amanda could've done to support me with this sale. She absolutely was a rock star.

Amanda was a referral from my agent in Florida. She found me an apartment while I was still in Florida! She even showed me apartments on FaceTime! She was professional, courteous, and warm. She always gave me good advice on any home I was interested in, and never urged me to make a decision. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Northern Virginia market, and always alerted me to any new properties that were coming on the market. She constantly kept in touch with me, through listings online, phone calls and texts. Looking for a new home with Amanda as my realtor was fun, never a chore. She has so many contacts that she uses and refers to assist with the events of the sale of a property that she seems to be an expert on housing! Even when it came to the closing on the property, she was always aware of any actions or issues related to the property closing. Amanda was always professional and balanced in her exchanges with me on issues that arose with properties. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a new property or home.

We the, Raju Family, had cherished a beautiful home on Talmont Drive Riding for over 20 years. A home in which we raised and nurtured our little twin girls as they transformed into two beautiful young women, who accomplished their dreams within the walls of the home and the wonderful community of South Riding. In early 2024, we started making broader plans in hope of finding a large, but cozy space to fill with our growing family. As we started this process, we knew Tracie would be our best choice - as we reflect through the entire process sitting in our new home, we certainly made the best and right choice! We had very specific needs, wanted a particular community, and looked for specific requirements within the home itself.
