We the, Raju Family, had cherished a beautiful home on Talmont Drive Riding for over 20 years. A home in which we raised and nurtured our little twin girls as they transformed into two beautiful young women, who accomplished their dreams within the walls of the home and the wonderful community of South Riding. In early 2024, we started making broader plans in hope of finding a large, but cozy space to fill with our growing family. As we started this process, we knew Tracie would be our best choice - as we reflect through the entire process sitting in our new home, we certainly made the best and right choice! We had very specific needs, wanted a particular community, and looked for specific requirements within the home itself. Tracie was so patient and informative while guiding and supporting us through our needs! Tracie helped prep our home for the sale while providing guidance and pointers while we prepared our home for the market - all while helping us close on another simultaneously! Traci and Beth were exceptional! Traci managed to take the anxiety out of the entire process. We ended up selling our house in under 3 days for our asking price because of Traci. During the preparation time she gave the perfect advice to improve the appeal of our home in an affordable way. She had the right contacts to prepare our home very quickly. She took the ball and ran with it and we had very little to do except sit back and watch her work her magic. She was very attentive to every detail and really listened to us. The process could not have been more worry-free. Traci and Beth both kept us up to date on everything and responded immediately to any question we might have.
