We the, Raju Family, had cherished a beautiful home on Talmont Drive Riding for over 20 years. A home in which we raised and nurtured our little twin girls as they transformed into two beautiful young women, who accomplished their dreams within the walls of the home and the wonderful community of South Riding. In early 2024, we started making broader plans in hope of finding a large, but cozy space to fill with our growing family. Traci and Beth were exceptional! Traci managed to take the anxiety out of the entire process. We ended up selling our house in under 3 days for our asking price because of Traci. During the preparation time she gave the perfect advice to improve the appeal of our home in an affordable way. She had the right contacts to prepare our home very quickly. We have worked with Traci Oliver and the Traci Oliver Team on 2 separate real estate transactions. The first one was almost ten years ago when we were moving to Virginia from New England, and we were looking to purchase a home in Loudoun County. Traci and her team gave us an incredible amount of help. We were usually down here only during weekends and Traci carefully crafted a packed schedule of houses we were interested in seeing. It was great to work with that level of organization when making such an important decision. Also, she showed us properties the whole day and evening before Thanksgiving to assist us in finding the perfect home when she was hosting the holiday at her home the very next day. Traci is beyond patient and knows the real estate business extremely well. After all the numerous properties we viewed we found our dream home and couldn’t have done it without her. Recently my father-in-law passed away and we had to sell my husbands mom’s home in Arlington. She had a great strategy on how to maximize our sales price and the home sold within three days of listing for about 14% above asking price. She did all this while the road in front of the home was being repaved and had no parking signs on both sides of the streets.
