Traci Oliver came highly recommended to us from a friend, and we started working with her over one year ago- just discussing what we were looking for. Traci set up a home search for us and we received daily emails with properties that met our criteria, but the housing market became so crazy, it soured our hopes in ever finding a new home. Keeping in mind what we were looking for, even months later, Traci proactively reached out to us when she saw appointments open up for a nearby community and encouraged us to take a look for a new build. It was exactly what we were looking for! We went under contract and Traci was there every single step of the way, celebrating milestones along with us. With the need to sell our current home- Traci took the time to come over to the house we wanted to sell and gave us some advice on paint and staging, all of which we took. She came back over once we took her advice in case there was any last minute advice. Her attention to detail is unmatched. I am 100% positive her advice allowed us to get top dollar on our home. Traci uses professional photography to showcase her homes- which display incredible on the websites. The pictures I added were staged at her expert direction. Traci also made sure we had a home inspector to assist us with the home building process- Traci and her team made sure all arrangements were made ahead of schedule. I can't possibly recommend Traci enough in your home search or home sale. Her knowledge of the Northern VA area, the market, the timing, etc. cannot be beat. I would use her again in a heartbeat. Traci met with us and thoughtfully outlined the improvements/repairs we needed to do to sell our home. In particular, she noted those things that were not necessary. She helped us select paint colors and light fixtures. She provided contact information for several contractors. In the end, everything she suggested worked perfectly as our home sold over just one weekend and at a very good price. We were exceedingly pleased and would highly recommend Traci and her team.

Traci represented me when I bought my townhouse, and based on that excellent experience she was the only realtor I considered when I recently sold it. Once again Traci did a great job. She was always very responsive, and provided excellent advice about what I needed to do - and what I didn’t need to spend money on - to sell my house in the current market. The house received multiple offers that were above the list price, and higher than what similar townhouses in the community have sold for before and since, the first weekend it was on the market.
