We chose Jessica because she was the realtor representing the sellers when we bought our house and we were impressed with how well she managed their side of the transaction. While we lived there, we noticed that she had signs for multiple houses in our neighborhood, and assumed she knew the neighborhood well. When it was time for us to list our house, we went to her. She was amazing every step of the way! She was very involved in every phase of the sale, including giving us advice on staging the house and even providing some items to assist with that. After the inspection when a few questions came up, Jessica quickly reached out to the house builder and received information about the house that alleviated the buyers’ concerns and prevented us from needing to do additional investigation. After we vacated the house a week or so prior to closing, she checked on the house to ensure everything was secure and ready to go for the final walk through, and even forwarded some mail to us that the Post Office had missed. I would use Jessica again if I were buying or selling in the Fairfax area.

After securing a deal, we just finished the closing and it was a smooth transaction. Gaylie and her team provided me everything that was needed in advance (along with timelines to complete). Her team's support and attention to this transaction helped things go so well. Besides all of this, Gaylie is always a pleasure to talk with, giving us great insight and actively listening to our needs. Now that the sale has completed, we are now looking to buy a new home and are very excited to be working with Gaylie again on this transaction.
