We chose Jessica because she was the realtor representing the sellers when we bought our house and we were impressed with how well she managed their side of the transaction. While we lived there, we noticed that she had signs for multiple houses in our neighborhood, and assumed she knew the neighborhood well. When it was time for us to list our house, we went to her. She was amazing every step of the way! She was very involved in every phase of the sale, including giving us advice on staging the house and even providing some items to assist with that. After the inspection when a few questions came up, Jessica quickly reached out to the house builder and received information about the house that alleviated the buyers’ concerns and prevented us from needing to do additional investigation. After we vacated the house a week or so prior to closing, she checked on the house to ensure everything was secure and ready to go for the final walk through, and even forwarded some mail to us that the Post Office had missed. I would use Jessica again if I were buying or selling in the Fairfax area.
