Over the past couple of months, we've been working with Gaylie from the FASS Results Group to sell our townhouse. The transaction was complicated as our townhouse needed alot of work. Gaylie did an OUTSTANDING job walking us through all aspects of selling "as is" vs fixing it up. Beyond her advice, she worked with buying agents, helped get quotes from handymen, etc. to outline all of the pros/cons. Ultimately, based on this analysis and her negotiation, she was able to find a buyer to get us the price we wanted without going through all of the unnecessary repairs and headache. After securing a deal, we just finished the closing and it was a smooth transaction. Gaylie and her team provided me everything that was needed in advance (along with timelines to complete). Her team's support and attention to this transaction helped things go so well. Besides all of this, Gaylie is always a pleasure to talk with, giving us great insight and actively listening to our needs. Now that the sale has completed, we are now looking to buy a new home and are very excited to be working with Gaylie again on this transaction. He was also incredibly patient, despite it taking us several months to find the “right one”, always just a text away. When we hit an unusual issue the day of closing, he and Katie did everything in their power to avoid impacting our moving timeline. On the selling side, Victoria and the rest of the team were equally amazing. They helped us identify home improvements that would make the most impact to buyers and they did a phenomenal job in execution. From planning, to renovations, to marketing and listing, they made the entire process so easy! This was the first home we sold, and it could not have been easier. Seriously, their team took care of every detail and, thanks to their hard work, we received and accepted an offer the day after going on market, then got us through closing without a single hiccup. We were trying to sell our parents’ home to maximize price but sell quickly. Joan was kind but also gave us frank advice given the state of the market and the condition of the home. She and her team managed everything for us. We separated out the personal belongings into items we wished to keep, and things for trash or to be donated. Then Joan’s team came in to take everything. She advised us on what work should be done to maximize foot traffic and sales price, then had estimates for the work, managed all of the contractors and staged the home beautifully. Through the process, she was so helpful and kind. The home looked amazing and sold the first weekend on the market for a great price. Joan made a difficult process as easy as possible with professionalism. Highly, highly recommend.
