She had a real grasp of the market, helped me to assess how appropriate the house was for my needs, did a virtual walk thru when I could not get to the new house die to ice, gave me instructions on things to do before taking ownership, and is helping me after purchase with names of potential companies to do the renovations I want to accomplish She made sure everything went smoothly even when the weather was horrible.
