A first-time home buyer and had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. I was introduced to Robin Butler after year long house hunting with another agent. I was impressed with the level of knowledge and the amount of data that Robin had about the market and homes, especially in the Covid-19 era. Thinking back, it was a no-brainer for me to work with Robin, since I was set on buying in the Chantilly/Centreville/Fairfax area. Robin was truly exceptional. Robin was always available for home tours or to answer questions. The responsiveness was amazing. She would always get back to us in a very reasonal time if she missed our call/text. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the properties we viewed and even more information was presented to us on the homes we planned to bid on. She really treated the situation like she was purchasing the property – looking out for you and have your best interests in mind. She is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were issues raised during the closing, she was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. We felt like we were working with a friend rather than a real estate agent. Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a potentially hectic purchase process simple for us. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Robin. If we ever need to sell our current home or buy another home we know exactly who to call when the time comes. Will highly recommend Robin to anyone looking to buy/sell.

Robin helped us sell our parents' house that had a reverse mortgage on it. We were very unsure about the process, but she guided us through calmly and expertly. She anticipated issues and helped us address everything from the mortgage to old carpeting to termites in the basement! Robin was our agent when we sold our house. She is a experienced agent and very helpful. She explained everything to us from the beginning to the closing.
