I have been a Florida resident since 2001, after relocating from Rochester, NY when I fell in love with the Tampa Bay area, the beautiful beaches and all of the things a Florida lifestyle has to offer.
I started my real estate career shortly after moving here, and have been actively selling real estate – Living and Selling the Dream!
I obtained my BS Degree from Brockport State College in Criminal Justice, and worked in the Criminal Justice field in Monroe County for 13 years prior to my move, and then decided upon a career change to Real Estate.
I have extensive background in law and legal preparation, which has helped tremendously with the knowledge needed for the contractual and legal issues involved with Real Estate transactions.
My love of the water has come into play with my lifestyle, you can frequently find me at the beautiful beaches our area has to offer. Some of my favorite things to do are water related- boating, paddleboarding, kayaking and jet skiing the beautiful waterways in our area.
I’m a big fan and supporter of our local sports teams- the Tampa Bay lighting and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. I also recently took up the game of golf, where we have some of the most beautiful courses in the state.

Worked very hard in a difficult market.
The real estate market was the worst it has been in many years, so Jane had to work extra hard to advertise and market our place. The suggestions she made for us to upgrade our place (based on her extensive knowledge of our area) helped make our home stand out from the competition.

Kevin Vetter is competent, knowledgeable, firm but supportive of his client's "desirements".
Every real estate experience is different whether one is the customer, which we were in this case, or from my Wife's perspective as she is also an agent, albeit in Virginia. In our case, we had the normal experiences plus a couple of surprises. Happens every time! Kevin Vetter was the perfect agent for us. He is competent in his field, very knowledgeable of his product, firm but supportive of his client's "desirements", and quick to take action to resolve issues before they grow into bigger problems. That also means his professionalism, communication skills, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and attitude were top-notch. I would recommend Kevin Vetter to my family and anyone else any time.

Jane was the agent that was able to get the job done!
I had been trying to sell my investment property for 9 months with no luck. I then dumped my original real estate agent and hired Jane. She immediately took charge and told me the things I needed to do to get the property sold. She also oversaw the repairs and also helped stage the place. She has a great sense of what people in the area are looking for. We ended up with two offers and got the property sold and closed after 1.5 months of listing it. She's wonderful. I cant say enough great things about her. Do not think twice just hire her.

Crystal goes above and beyond to ensure you find and get into the right house for you and your family. Her heart is in what she does.
