Where do I start... With full disclosure I've know Robert Griffin for almost a decade. I have heard of is work through passion driven enthusiastic conversations with friends and family. He out to help you as if it's his own property. I recently hired him for a condo purchase. Most realtors wait for your input and look for your guidance but in reality you are the one that hired them for the guidance and experience with navigating confusing waters. Robert showed initiative and forward thinking with multiple solutions to problems. Then presenting them to me for discussion. I like this the most about his professionalism. Additional notes would be his availability, prompt responses and holding the reciprocating agents responsible for their requirements in a classy and elegant manner.
