When my wife and I first made contact with Chris we were looking for a vacation property in Florida (we live in Canada) and we truly had no idea what we were looking for. Over the next couple of months Chris showed us countless options, mobile homes, manufactured homes, trailer parks and in the end, we set our sights on finding a lot we could build on. Through the whole process in which we were constantly changing our minds Chris never wavered from our side, always being positive and continually showing us new options. When we had finally decided on a lot this is when Chris put it high gear. Showing us all kinds of properties and even going out of his way to look at the lots himself so he could better advise us, taking pictures and video. In the end we found a beautiful lot we could build our vacation home on (one of the lots Chris went to see).
