Her continued communication was the key with us as well as potential buyers. Not only did she find a buyer in the worst market ever during the holidays…she had numerous open houses that blew away the competition. She is the neighborhood realtor now in The Havens and everyone loves her. Her dedication is remarkable and we greatly appreciate all the hard work. It wasn’t easy but she did it. I’m a senior who has bought and sold seven homes in San Diego County over the last 50 years. In my experience Tania is unique. During the time our home was on the market we had some very hard decisions to make. Over and over again Tania proved herself to be knowledgeable, smart, caring, and most importantly, honest. There were opportunities for her to sway us in ways that could have benefited her.
