Jeff underdahl is very professional. He has an excellent working knowledge and articulation on the real estate industry. When he's working with you, you get the feeling that you are his only client and he goes the nth degree to work with you and helping you feel confident in his skills as an agent. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to sell or buy a home. He went out of his way to help us feel confident and at ease.

After interviewing with several realtors; I chose Jeff because his professionalism was head and shoulders above the others. He listed my home for significantly more than all other estimated comparisons submitted by others and calculated by myself. We had a full price all cash offer within 2 weeks with only three client viewings. At the time I did not have a residence replacement and the buyer wanted a very short escrow. Jeff assured me he and his staff would personally help and guide me in all aspects of the sale and of the purchase. He assigned separate staff to handle the different major parts of both. He and his staff worked closely with me to find and close escrow on my new home. What would have been an extremely stressful six weeks was accomplished with relative ease and my complete satisfaction. It's been a little over a year now and, at age 79, I am very glad I found Mr. Underdahl and his crew. BTW, the "cherry on the top" was the extra $ 60,000 on the sale.
