Chris was in every way skilled and experienced in guiding me to putting my house in shape to make it appealing to prospective buyers, and in helping me to choose contractors who were honest and capable. At every stage along the way he was ready with sound advice and encouragement.

Chris has an outstanding "can do" attitude. He was able to work through several issues to help with getting closure on this property. In addition when we needed electrical and roofing support to address some items, Christ made the appropriate contacts and got the work initiated. Great support and I would use Chris again.

When my wife and I first made contact with Chris we were looking for a vacation property in Florida (we live in Canada) and we truly had no idea what we were looking for. Over the next couple of months Chris showed us countless options, mobile homes, manufactured homes, trailer parks and in the end, we set our sights on finding a lot we could build on. Through the whole process in which we were constantly changing our minds Chris never wavered from our side, always being positive and continually showing us new options. When we had finally decided on a lot this is when Chris put it high gear. Showing us all kinds of properties and even going out of his way to look at the lots himself so he could better advise us, taking pictures and video. In the end we found a beautiful lot we could build our vacation home on (one of the lots Chris went to see). During the purchase process there was numerous complications from the vendor's end, liens on the property etc. But together we worked through it all and Chris was able to get us a great deal on closing.
