Ashley acted as facilitator in a residential transaction in which she represented the sellers. She was just phenomenal. Whenever I had questions, no matter how odd or random, she quickly responded. She represented her Sellers well, and wow—what a work ethic! Even though her sellers lived out of town and couldn’t see (or even know about) her hard work, I saw it, and work hard for them she did. After the closing—when I was out of town—she was happy to take measurements for me, check on the house, query her sellers re paint and tile, and answer other miscellaneous questions. She is well informed on the market and she’s masterfully diplomatic in managing people’s expectations. Ashley is as honest as the day is long, and based on my long experience w other RE agents, she has no peer when it comes to integrity, work ethic, and temperament. AND equally important, she’s sucker-punch smart. If I can manage it, Ashley will be the only agent I use from here on out, whether buying or selling. I could not be more pleased or impressed.
