Polina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and knows the builders well. The part where she stands out is how helpful she’s been during this process even after we signed the contract. This was especially apparent while we were still living in Chicago and had no easy access to the build site. Polina would drive by, take pictures & videos and send them to us. I even have a video of her driving in the pouring rain just to get us the latest update. Hopefully, we don’t have to move again any time soon, but we highly recommend Polina if you’re in the market for an excellent real estate agent.

I found Pamela through a service to match you with an appropriate Realtor. She reached out immediately to me. We had a good rapport, and I listed my house with her. The selling process did not go smoothly. It had nothing to do with Pamela, but instead finding issues with my home that had just previously passed inspections by two other contractors. I was guided throughout the process by Pamela, and was just able to lean on her when I needed to vent or needed a friend. In the end, the house sold in a timely manner and the closing process was seamless. Pamela is a results driven professional who takes time with you as her client. In my opinion, Greg Ashford is the best realtor in the world! Greg helped my step-brothers and I sell our parent's Florida house, while we remained in Maryland where we live. I did meet Greg and his wife Debbie, however, when I was down in Florida with my step-brother Chet cleaning our parent's house. They both are wonderful! Greg is so nice and kind! He is originally from Massachusetts and used to play semi pro football. Greg is a Cool Cat!!! Greg marketed our home aggressively and sold the home in less than 1 week. Wow!!! Greg also knows electricians, plumbers, carpet people, roofers etc. This is so handy if your home needs any little fix ups to optimize it value or to make it correct after the home inspection. Greg's son Joey is also so skilled at taking house photos and mapping out the house floor plan to really entice future buyers. Joey also does arial shots using his drone camera. Our house looked so good when it was listed that I was tempted not to sell it!! Hahahaha! I don't usually write reviews, but Greg is just that awesome and so I really had to. Did I mention that Greg took calls from me whenever I had a question! If you have property anywhere in the Tampa, Brandon, Sun City Center area and probably more areas close by to these, then Greg is The Guy!!! Greg is alot like Mary Poppins!
