I highly recommend using Carissa!! She was amazing and knowledgeable about the different communities and builders! Without her we would not have secured our lot and built our home in Lakewood Ranch! She was also amazing through the process of our build with sending pictures and keeping up on what was happening! She made the buying process smooth and easy! Truly the greatest real estate professional we have dealt with!!

Carissa was the Best Real Estate Agent we ever had. She is Extremely Knowledgeable & Very Helpful. She helped us to find out exactly what we wanted and needed. Then using that information she was able to help us find a Brand New Build & get us an Extremely Good Deal. She is a great communicator and is a true liaison between the builder organizations, and her client. She answered all our questions and was very watchful for us during the entire process. Her excellent eye for detail during walk throughs was exceptional. She is always available, and ON IT for her client!

Carissa did an amazing job helping us find the community we wanted to build in
Carissa did an amazing job helping us find the community we wanted to build in. She was always very responsive, professional, and willing to help us however we needed. We felt that she truly cared about us and wanted us to be happy. She went out of her way for us by checking on our house and sending weekly updates since we couldn’t ourselves. She stuck with us for 22 months and was even willing to spend hours with us at our pre-closing walkthrough as well as our closing! We would highly recommend Carissa to a friend or family member! She works hard and is amazing at what she does! We had a great experience with her! Thank you so much Carissa!!!!

Carissa was excellent to work with! She was knowledgeable with the various builders and the Sarasota area. Given that we were moving out of state, she has kept an eye on our home w/weekly video updates! Also, given we had a new build, she had eyes like a hawk with any issues during inspection. If there were any escalations needed, she knew all the right contacts to speak with to get a quick resolution.
