I chose Polina Lakovleva based on her marketing skills initially. I live in Minnesota and was checking property on several sites. I was anxious about buying property so far away, so I needed to find a great agent. Polina kept in touch, but never pressured me. When I finally called her because we were coming to Florida, she talked with me for as long as necessary to answers all my questions. She really focused on our wants and needs and stayed within our price points. Since we were out of towers, she pointed out the pro's and con's of various areas. When making an offer, we asked for her input. Based on her market analysis and experience we bid lower than I had expected. Her letter convinced the buyer to accept or bid! We were thrilled. Carissa was such an enormous help with our new build in Lakewood Ranch, from securing one of the best lots to dealing with all the miscellaneous builder shenanigans.
