Polina Lakovleva is a wonderful, excellent, nice realtor, We where looking for a very good realtor in the north port area, and came upon Polina, she was very patient and nice with us about selling a house next to warm mineral springs. communications was very good as we were in a different state we sold the house with her help, it was very helpful that she speaks Russian with us was very easy to explain things. she is very professional, honest. As out-of-state investors, we received a lot of support from Polina Iakovleva. She monitored the construction process and kept us informed, and she represented us at the final walkthrough because we couldn’t fly down to Florida for closing. After closing, Polina communicated with the warranty department and coordinated our warranty orders, helping with appliance and lanai screen installations. Polina was also our rental agent, and we quickly rented a house. We are happy with Polina's service and highly recommend her to our friends!

Carissa went above and beyond to help our family find our forever home and area to live. She took her time to speak with us about our concerns and interests with moving to LWR. She is genuine, honest and made us feel comfortable throughout the building process by sending us photos and videos every week of our house being built (since we were still living out of state). Andrew was incredible to deal with. From the first property in my search to the final property I purchased his response time and knowledge was amazing. I am not one who enjoys purchasing homes or vehicles, but I can't say anymore of the ease and help he provided. Never felt pressure or overwhelmed with calls. He respected the time and energy required to deal with this process. Responded within minutes to any question I sent or called regarding.
