Before hiring a realtor, I spoke to few people on the phone. We chose to work with Polina instantly after chatting with her for over an hour. She gave me so much information over the phone without being pushy or aggressive. We moved from NJ and during our first visit, Polina had spent few days showing us many developments and all kind of houses. We were very selective and fell in love with Cassia at Skye Ranch. The whole process from winning a lot to the completion of the house took 2 years and Polina was always available to talk and to guide us through some bumpy things and some frustrating times (delays were awful post COVID times). We are truly happy now in our new house. Thank you Polina for always being there for us and fighting with us to get some things done with the builder. We are a transitioning military family who have never purchased a home, until now. We left Hawaii and moved to Florida not knowing anything about the area. We are from CA originally and my husband’s job brought us to Sarasota. We were referred to Joe from a military family friend and were so glad we asked them for the referral! Joe was so warm, kind and accommodating! I came from CA for one weekend and he made time to meet with us and show us numerous homes (new and old) even though he ultimately knew where I wanted to end up! Without ever meeting me or my husband he knew we were going to want to end up exactly where we ended up! He still took the time to let me see all the homes I wanted to see. With this being our first home we had a LOT of questions and concerns along the way and Joe never made us feel less then. He was never pushy or forceful he really just felt like a friend of the family who was supporting us along the way! We could never thank him enough for being with us on this journey, we can’t wait for this new chapter in our lives and what a positive experience we had with him. Joe was always easy to get a hold of, available to explain things we didn’t understand, and willing to speak on our behalf during hard times. We would choose Joe over and over again and we would refer him to all our friends and family! He feels like family now, he’s kind of stuck with us!

I absolutely highly recommend! Carissa has exceptional communication skills and work ethic. Above and beyond throughout our entire new construction process and was confident in identifying issues and concerns within the new build process that a homebuyer may not feel comfortable picking out themselves. Carissa provided biweekly walkthrough videos and updates! At closing we had the most beautiful welcome home sign and an absolutely amazing gift basket! I recommend Carissa to everyone looking to buy!
