We are a transitioning military family who have never purchased a home, until now. We left Hawaii and moved to Florida not knowing anything about the area. We are from CA originally and my husband’s job brought us to Sarasota. We were referred to Joe from a military family friend and were so glad we asked them for the referral! Joe was so warm, kind and accommodating! I came from CA for one weekend and he made time to meet with us and show us numerous homes (new and old) even though he ultimately knew where I wanted to end up! Above and beyond throughout our entire new construction process and was confident in identifying issues and concerns within the new build process that a homebuyer may not feel comfortable picking out themselves.
