Our experience with Valerie was exceptional.. We don’t live in Florida so see went above and beyond to do many FaceTime calls to show us homes. Once we were able to get to Florida she dedicated a entire weekend for us to personally see homes We wanted to see some that where not on original list but she told us no problem and made it work for us to see homes.. Valerie is a superb agent. She is knowledgeable, professional, and has excellent communication skills. She was always punctual and provided useful information about the homes she was showing. Any additional questions were quickly followed up on and answered in very short order. We had a family emergency at closing, she went above and beyond in her communications with the closing attorney and our lender. With her assistance we were able to close on the scheduled date. Bridgette approached the sale of our home, not as another transaction, but as a partner. She educated us on comps in the area and then engaged us in a thoughtful conversation about the list price. She brought in a great photographer for the listing and wrote a compelling listing description. Bridgette hosted open houses as well. Even once we were under contract she supported us through the sale process which included a 1031 Exchange.
