Amazing Experience! We found Tom and Shirley on YouTube when searching for Florida home while residing in Texas. They reached out to us by phone and we hit it off instantly. Their personalities were just like ours fun & outgoing. We arranged a week together and off we went to meet them in April 2021. They showed us several retirement communities and we chose the perfect one for us. Our home was still in the building process. They took care of the details to help us get into the home. So off we went back to Texas to sell our home there. They made several videos for us to keep us updated with the building process. We sold our Texas home and moved to Florida! We closed on our new home August 2021 . We are so thankful that God brought us to Tom and Shirley. They were so professional and knowledgeable and they made the whole process fun and memorable. We are like besties now (lol). We highly recommend them to anyone who is making the move to the sunshine state. We absolutely love it here!

Tom and Shirley were fantastic, supporting us during the whole process. It had several obstacles though, mainly due that we are foreigners investing in a house in US and it was a painful learning process. Fortunately with the help of all the actors, realtors Tom and Shirley, mortgage consultant, notary etc. we could finally made the investment close to our family!
