I used coldwellbanker in the past and they did a good job so I figured I'd do it again with Shirley and Tom, I was not disappointed. They did a great job. Worked hard to get it sold and got the house sold over the weekend. Then continued to work hard to complete the process. Seemed to me we were more important than just simply a commission. If you need to buy or sell real estate, call Shirley.
