Great Agent - When we first met Paula World, she allowed me to explain my situation and patiently listened to my concerns. She lent a hand to estimate the price of our house, by comparing the home with other houses in the vicinity. Their personalities were just like ours fun & outgoing. We arranged a week together and off we went to meet them in April 2021. They showed us several retirement communities and we chose the perfect one for us. Our home was still in the building process. They took care of the details to help us get into the home. So off we went back to Texas to sell our home there. They made several videos for us to keep us updated with the building process. We sold our Texas home and moved to Florida! It had several obstacles though, mainly due that we are foreigners investing in a house in US and it was a painful learning process.
