Buyers from outside of Florida are well supported with information and showings. During three short days I was able to see townhomes in a number of resort communities in my preferred area near Disney World and other attractions - enough to decide on a resort community and then it was a matter of waiting for the perfect home to come on the market. Tom and Shirley use technology to support out of town buyers - including face time showings and walk throughs - all through the selection and buying process. They make a “remote” purchase possible - I went into the closing process well informed and prepared for a long distance closing. For those who are new to the Orlando area, their website and videos are a treasure trove of information. And even now - a year after the purchase they check in to see how things are going with my new Florida home. Friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable are all words I use to describe Tom and Shirley.
