Roger was incredible to work with in selling my uncle’s house. He demonstrated market knowledge and negotiation skills that resulted in receiving a great closing price. Roger also has outstanding inter personal skill and was extremely patient in dealing with my 96-year-old uncle who was difficult to deal with at times. The marketing and sales brochures that he put together were beautiful and really showed the house and the neighborhood’s features. We ran into inspection issues due to an older house and Roger stepped in and negotiated with the buyer to accept the issues with a small reduction in price so we did not have to deal with any of the issues. I was trying to manage the sale remotely and Roger was always there to help and meet with any of the contractors as we prepped the house for sale. Roger went above and beyond and I can not image what this process would have been like without him.
