Outstanding service and knowledge
Roger was incredible to work with in selling my uncle’s house. He demonstrated market knowledge and negotiation skills that resulted in receiving a great closing price. Roger also has outstanding inter personal skill and was extremely patient in dealing with my 96-year-old uncle who was difficult to deal with at times. The marketing and sales brochures that he put together were beautiful and really showed the house and the neighborhood’s features. We ran into inspection issues due to an older house and Roger stepped in and negotiated with the buyer to accept the issues with a small reduction in price so we did not have to deal with any of the issues. I was trying to manage the sale remotely and Roger was always there to help and meet with any of the contractors as we prepped the house for sale. Roger went above and beyond and I can not image what this process would have been like without him.

When my family and I decided to sale our home and move back to the east coast,, our first thought was to contact April. Her knowledge and experience within the industry gave us confidence that our home would sale. She patiently walked us through the process,, providing home staging ideas and guidance on how to get the best return on our investment. We received an full guaranteed offered with five days and closed 30 days later!! The entire process was flawless. She even ensured the buyer provided us time to move and was available to walk through our home on the final day with the buyer since we had to move a few days before. We wish April could bring her skills and expertise with us to the east coast. She is a busy business woman, but never too busy to care for her clients...she provides red carpet service during the entire process. Five stars and beyond.
