Jace was always responsive, professional, and did what he said he was going to do. If we wanted to see a house, he would set up a showing right away. It was a breeze working with him. When we finally settled on a new home that ended up having lots of construction delays (not Jace's fault) he was able to get us out from under that contract and into a better home, which we closed on in 3 weeks. We are very happy in our new home and would have never found it without Jace! He also helped my parents buy their log cabin home in Red Feather Lakes and they had a wonderful experience with him too.

We had issues with the inspection. Unfortunately, the inspector wasn't up to the task, but Jace maintained his composure and helped to research/resolve issues. I would use Jace again on our next sale/purchase

Importantly for us, he was never pushy and gave us the space to figure out what we wanted. We also felt confident that Roger represented our best interest in his negotiations with the seller’s agent, and that he understood our concerns and worked diligently to help us get them addressed. Jace was our saving grace. We were moving cross-country and found a home that we thought we liked, so Jace helped us get under contract. After so many builder delays, Jace persuaded us to look at some other homes in a different area that we had never considered. He was right! Everything was a much better fit for us. We were able to close in three weeks and are now very happy in our new home…all thanks to Jace. He responds to text messages and phone calls immediately. Very professional and responsive. Great experience! Jace also helped our parents buy their home and they had a wonderful experience as well.

Jace is truly outstanding. He is very knowledgeable about mountain property. He helped learn a lot of things we need to know about homes that are not on city systems. He helped us understand the market and much more. After Jace helping us buy our new home we didn’t want anyone else to sell our old one. I don’t think you can do any better!
