We can't say enough about how extremely helpful BTeam was. They were very accomodating to us., would meet us whenever we came up with a property to look at. Brittany and Blanche listened to our wants and needs and were very positive as we explored properties together. The Ladies were so kind to our family ..welcoming our two new grandbabies as if they were their own. This had been a stressful situation and B Team held our hands all the way through closing. Karen at Neuhaus Real Estate was super helpful and supportive throughout our house buying process as first time home buyers. She was constantly available via text and scheduled showings that fit our schedule. She was always willing to fit in extra showings on the weekend to work around our work schedules. She provided advice when it came time to make offers to give us the best chance of being competitive in this market. Once an offer was accepted, she was a helpful advocate when problems arose with sellers and provided support with the inspection and appraisal process. All the way till the end She was in constant contact to make sure we were prepared for closing day. Very thankful for Karen and her team to getting us to the closing table and celebrating buying our first home!!

Brittany Lozano's and Blanche Boren knows there stuff. They both know the housing market in and out hands down. There knowledge of the housing market is outer this world they was able to find my kids and I a home in 2wk or less great neighborhood in between kids school zone that was a plus. Communication with Brittany Lozano Blanche Boren and myself has been awesome they let me know what's going on every step of the way and did follow ups to make sure everything was covered that needed to be handled. Brittany Lozano's and Blanche Boren was very professional and I'll recommend them to anyone out there looking for a home in the Colorado area and I would like to say thanks for everything you and your partner in crime have done for my lil family 💖 this was definitely a great experience.
