Hi I worked with JP and Joni Grosjean for eight months in obtaining and selling our previous home. I wasn't sure if we were going to sell the previous home for what we wanted. We got more than we wanted; but it also took some work. Our realtor explain what must be completed for a better sell. We did have to upgrade some things to make it more of a sell. Also, I'm a veteran with high anxiety issues and sensitive hearing. Luckily, April was there and able to guild me through the process and provide me with information when looking at homes.
