Hi I worked with JP and Joni Grosjean for eight months in obtaining and selling our previous home. I wasn't sure if we were going to sell the previous home for what we wanted. We got more than we wanted; but it also took some work. Our realtor explain what must be completed for a better sell. We did have to upgrade some things to make it more of a sell. Please don't think your going to sell your home without doing some work. Joni and JB were always there for us and were amazed when they return back to our home in four months. The work was half way completed and at that time the market was booming. Our realtors new this was a good time in the market for buyers but not sellers. We waited another 6 months and were able to sell our home in a week and also find a new home in week. Joni listen to what I was looking for in a home. I walked into my new home I new this was the one. I am enjoying my new home it's beautiful. I just can't believe we live here.

Also, I'm a veteran with high anxiety issues and sensitive hearing. Luckily, April was there and able to guild me through the process and provide me with information when looking at homes. Also, by her knowing my life style, helped narrow the selection process and allowed me to focus on the places that would not bankrupt me in future repairs or hidden fees. The ordeal that I went through in finding my future home was, at the time, overwhelming and discouraging; but, regardless of the homes I wanted to view, April always gave me the thumbs up and gave me her personal opinion if this home was right for me. This, I believe, was a huge time saver on both buyer and seller sides. For 18years, I've been living out of duffel bags and constantly moving cause of poor neighbors. Since the past year, I'm officially a home owner cause of April. This place suits my life style and only mins away from my work place. I feel like I got extremely lucky during my home experience.
