We were referred to Leah Petri as investor buyers looking to purchase a place near UT. Our oldest attends The University of Texas and we wanted a place in Austin where we could stay when visiting while also making a smart investment decision. Leah immediately understood our goals and guided us through the Central Austin market, explaining neighborhood nuances, pricing, and long-term value. Her knowledge of Central Austin and proximity to UT was invaluable, and she helped us identify the right property that worked both as a personal residence and an investment. The process was smooth, strategic, and well managed from start to finish. Leah is professional, responsive, and deeply knowledgeable about the Austin real estate market. We felt confident in every decision because of her guidance. If you’re an investor, a referral client, or a parent with children at UT Austin looking to buy in Pemberton or Central Austin, I highly recommend Leah Petri. She is a trusted advisor and someone we would absolutely work with again.”
