Debbie Lowe was our realtor for both the home we purchased and the home we sold. The closing dates for both sales were within 12 days of each other. As a buyer's realtor Debbie reviewed our inspection report and then provided us with sound advice on items she thought should be addressed by the seller as well as the ones that we did not need to worry about. She crafted an amendment to our initial contract which was accepted by the seller. As a seller's realtor, she printed out high quality brochures as well as seller disclosures for our property which mentioned potential problem issues upfront. Our home was under contract within 5 days of putting it on the market. We appreciated Debbie's honesty in dealing with parties. Debbie actually started us showing properties a couple of years ago but we did not have the financial means to buy at the time. She never pressured us into looking at more properties at that time. I would highly recommend her as a realtor for her ability to get transactions closed quickly as well as her experience and knowledge about homes and the real estate market in Austin.

My house would not have sold without Audrey. She coordinated numerous repairs with a crack team of local subs, had a wonderful stager, hosted at least ten open houses, followed up and followed up and followed up again with prospective buyers. By far the best Realtor I've ever worked with.
