Wende was recommended to us by a family member. We were purchasing a house from out of state and were unable to physically go to see the properties. She was very helpful in sending us video walkthroughs of the properties we were interested in so we could get an accurate idea of the properties.

Wende is outstanding for knowledge, service, and hustle. We bought a condo in Austin in March 2023 with the plan to be in it for roughly 5 years. Due to a job transfer, we were forced to move in August 2025. Relative to what would paid for the condo (decent and not at peak COVID values), we knew it would be a challenge for the selling price and expected a loss. Between Wende helping stage the condo and creating the marketing materials for hardcopy and on-line digital usage, her work was outstanding. Moreland's photographer did a great job. Wende with Moreland also created virtual staging materials that showed buyers what the condo could like like with different furnishings. At the end of the day, we sold the condo for a better value than we thought with the support of Wende. We highly recommend her and Moreland.
