August (Happy) is an incredible person and realtor! Whenever I phoned him , he answered the phone promptly and was always supportive. In addition, his guidance was genuine and helpful during a very stressful personal situation. He communicated verbally and sent written information to me. He often agreed to meet me in his office as well as my home. In other words, August went way beyond what other realtors usually do. What is most important about him, is that he cares about his clients, he's honest, and he is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and all its complexities.
