We had a very important timeline goal for the sale of our home, which we met and we exceeded our goal for sales price. Marietta and Mary were absolutely wonderful-knowledgeable about the local market, made it easy for repairs and updates to be made, and they thought outside the box to get the home sold. Marietta and Mary always kept me up to date on what was happening and what to expect, which was helpful because I was out of town for most of the time the house was in the market. This is the second time I have used Marietta and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Austin area.
