Outstanding experience. We bought an hour away from her office location. She was always willing and able to meet in our prospective area when requested. Multiple home showings on days we had available, that were researched and prioritized before we were shown. We highly recommend Laurie to anyone looking for a realtor who will always look out for your best interests.

Greg is one of the best in town. He made selling our home a short, sweet, and profitable experience. We would recommend Greg to any home buyer or seller in Austin.

Extremely prompt in her responses to our questions. Did an amazing job of setting up tours of homes we found appealing! Made the whole experience worry-free. Looking forward to working with her to sell our "old" house in the near future.

Clayton was great. He went to work immediately and kept us informed through out the entire process. He made selling our family home a painless and quick process. We plan on using Clayton and Moreland for a few additional transactions in the future.

Rita is the gold standard. I've bought and sold a number of houses over my lifetime and have never worked with a realtor who is as knowledgeable, proactive, responsive and thoughtful as Rita. Whatever was needed, she did it, regardless of the task, which included mentoring the seller's agent. I have great admiration for Rita and would refer folks to her without question.

I would highly recommend Don as an exceptional agent to future Moreland clients. Totally committed to his clients, Don was available to me at any time, was very responsive, kind and supportive. He had more thorough knowledge of my property than any other agent I have dealt with in the past. I appreciated his anticipation of possible issues and strategies when it came to pricing and negotiating. I can't think of an area in which my experience with Don could have been improved.

Debi knows how to read the real estate marketplace. She is very inciteful from her years in real estate sales. Her suggestions were spot on. She provided us a bang up service, and was diligent to protect our interest throughout just as she did 25 years ago when we bought our home.

Dru was amazing. While I had a particularly challenging house to market due to its unique layout and location, her hustle and creativity helped me sell it at a price I was happy with. I recommended her to a friend as well, who also had a great experience. I couldn't be happier and would use her again in a heartbeat!
